The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Seemed like they loved their job especially the valet group! Having two sinks with four in our room was such a blessing. I would stay here again.

Room was AMAZING! Stayed in a corner room with the Queen Murphy bed on the 26th floor and the room was HUGE with a great city view. The closet was basically a full size closet with drawers, there was a full size couch, a seating area with two big chairs and coffee table, a desk with a rolling office chair. Two big armoirs one for the TV and the other for the mini/half fridge. Bathroom was huge as well. The bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs.

Jade Waters - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Brought my 12 y.o. daughter and her friend. Her mom came too. We all had a blast! Breakfast buffet at the Terrace was delicious, good value for the money, unless you don't eat much.

Lots of amenities, friendly staff, good food, and the water park/pool was pretty fun. The rooms were very nice and the beds were firm.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Having the water park is amazing! There are several shops and restaurants with “average” prices for hotel food. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We loved the water park and the indoor pool and hot tub. The swim up bar was excellent and there was never a wait for an elevator. There was champagne whenever you checked in and free face painting for the kids Saturday night.

We loved the water park. We requested and had our room maintenance daily and felt that was done well. Breakfast was good but definitely got the feeling they were understaffed. Person greeting also seating and also cleaning tables so wait time to eat was longer than would have been otherwise.

I loved the water park for the kids and included services for the hotel guests ie the tickets to JadeWaters.
